antwuan, has extensive research, evaluation, and public policy analysis experience with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. He has overseen projects to implement DEI policy and close the racial wealth gap. He has led a broad range of initiatives, including work to curb racial bias in artificial intelligence, statewide and national efforts to prioritize economic, demographic, and social outcomes, and a public-private collaboration with the City of New York to guide Commissioner and Cabinet expanding DEI curriculum, training and co-design approaches for 18,000 workforce, business sector, and community stakeholders.
