The Institute for Nonprofit Practice is scaling its programs and is committed to self-evaluation and continuously learning about ways to improve its delivery of high-quality content to strengthen leadership in the social sector. At the same time, it is building its capacity evaluate its programs, analyze the data collected from program participants and alumni, and use the data to support continual learning and strategy and program improvement. INP turned to Community Science for temporary data analysis while this capacity. Community Science is analyzing end-of-the-year data from INP’s 2020 class of leaders, summarizing the findings, and simultaneously coaching INP’s staff to do this on their own in the future.
