Community Science, in partnership with BCT Partners and GDIT, is working with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health (OMH) to better understand the use and utility of the Think Cultural Health E-Learning programs on the National Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services (CLAS) Standards. Community Science will monitor and analyze registration data and course surveys to better understand the number and type of people completing the e-learning programs, motivations for program uptake and completion, challenges and facilitators to program completion and user satisfaction. In addition, Community Science will engage in evaluation activities to gather feedback on CLAS Standards implementation guidance and resources in order to improve these tools and identify additional needs to support implementation.
